Our Philosophy on Professional Development
Any type of training- whether corporate, educational, professional, etc- should be fun and engaging. No employer or employee wants to be talked at for hours- a strategy that typically results in a lack of understanding and very little retention. Using a gamified approach developed over 20+ years, Jared uses his experience in the field to design active, engaging types of sessions that will require attendees to truly be part of the program, rather than sit passively. Each program is gamified in some way, meaning attendees will have to play, strategize, and ultimately unlock skills needed to complete a given task. Professional debrief sessions precede and follow each activity.

Game Days
Games Days are the perfect way of having fun without any hassle. Aimed at student groups, library communities, businesses, and corporate offices, we bring miniature games, board games, or an immersive roleplaying game to you.

We also offer lectures for professionals working in the education or corporate world. Topics include: "Why Games are a Useful Form of Pedagogy," "Leadership Through the Lens of Games," and "Building a Dynamic and Efficient Office Through Roleplaying."
